Nature of This Website and of the Company's Services
Informational Purpose of This Website
The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only and is intended to describe the Company's scope of business, service types and compliance arrangements. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to make an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation or advice of any kind, nor does it constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. At this stage the Company does not accept account opening applications or execute any service agreement through this website. All onboarding, account opening and service arrangements for merchants and corporate customers are subject to the Company's offline review process and take effect only upon execution of a separate written agreement by both parties. Submitting an enquiry or booking a demonstration through this website does not constitute any commitment by the Company to accept any customer or to provide any service. The Company reserves the absolute right to decide whether to accept any enquiry, application or prospective customer, and may decline without giving reasons.
Account Balances Are Not Deposits
Settlement accounts and multi-currency accounts opened by the Company for customers are service accounts used for payment and settlement purposes. Funds held in such accounts:
- are not deposits; the Company is not a bank or a deposit-taking company and does not carry on deposit-taking business;
- are not protected under the Deposit Protection Scheme established by the Deposit Protection Scheme Ordinance (Cap. 581), nor by any other deposit protection or investor compensation arrangement;
- do not bear interest, and the Company will not pay any interest or return on such funds;
- may be used only to execute the customer's payment, collection and currency exchange instructions, and must not be used for the purposes of stored value, investment or custody of funds.
Foreign Exchange Services Are for Settlement Purposes Only
Currency conversion and exchange rate arrangements provided by the Company are undertaken solely in order to execute the customer's underlying cross-border payment, collection or settlement obligations. Such arrangements:
- are intended for actual delivery and correspond to the customer's genuine commercial payment requirements;
- do not involve leverage, margin or contracts for difference;
- are not investment products and must not be used for speculation, arbitrage or transactions intended to profit from exchange rate movements;
- do not constitute Type 3 regulated activity (leveraged foreign exchange trading) within the meaning of Schedule 5 to the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571); the Company does not carry on that regulated activity.
The Company Does Not Offer Investment or Credit Products
The Company does not offer any investment product, wealth management product, asset management service or investment advice, and does not deal in or promote securities, futures, virtual assets or other financial products. Save as expressly agreed in writing between the parties, the Company does not provide any loan, advance, overdraft, trade finance or credit facility. No description on this website of transaction timeframes constitutes a commitment by the Company to advance funds to a customer out of its own resources.
Responsibilities of Platform, Channel and Referral Partners
The Company may work with software platforms, system providers, channel partners or business referrers. In this connection the Company states that its licence and compliance framework cover only the money service business carried on by the Company itself. A partner remains responsible for assessing and discharging its own obligations in respect of its own business activities, its relationship with its own customers, and any licensing, anti-money laundering, data protection, tax, consumer protection or other obligations to which it may be subject. The Company's provision of services does not assume any statutory obligation of a partner. The allocation of responsibilities between a partner and the Company is governed by the written agreement executed between them.
Your Responsibilities as to Exchange Control, Tax and Local Law
You are responsible for ensuring that your transactions comply with the legal requirements of the jurisdictions in which you and your counterparties are located, including without limitation exchange control and cross-border fund flow rules, import, export and trade control rules, tax reporting and withholding obligations, employment law and payroll requirements, and industry-specific licensing requirements. The Company does not provide advice on exchange control, tax, accounting or employment law. The Company executes transactions on your instructions, and doing so does not mean that the Company has reviewed or confirmed the legality, tax treatment or reporting obligations of that transaction in any jurisdiction.
Eligibility, Territorial Restrictions and User Responsibility
The content of this website is not designed for persons in any particular jurisdiction and must not be treated as a solicitation made in any jurisdiction where such publication or the provision of such services is prohibited or restricted. You must not access this website if the laws of your location prohibit or restrict you from doing so. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of this website complies with the laws applicable to you.
The Company does not provide services to:
- individuals, entities or organisations targeted by sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the Hong Kong SAR, or any other sanctions list adopted by the Company;
- persons or entities located or established in any territory that the Company designates as a sanctioned or non-serviced jurisdiction;
- persons under the age of eighteen;
- entities whose business falls within the Company's list of prohibited or restricted industries.

This website may refer to the company names, platform names, product names or service names of third parties in order to illustrate the use cases of the Company's services. All such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references are descriptive only and do not indicate any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, authorisation or affiliation.

Third Party Websites and Links
This website may contain links to third party websites. Such links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply any endorsement or warranty by the Company as to the content, products, services or privacy practices of those websites. The Company accepts no responsibility for the content, availability or security of any third party website. You access any third party website at your own risk and subject to that website's own terms and policies.
Accuracy of Information, Illustrative Content and Disclaimers
The Company endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website but makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability. Content on this website may be updated or amended at any time without notice.
Certain content on this website is illustrative in nature, including without limitation: interface mock-ups, dashboard or system status displays, sample transaction records, sample company names, sample figures for exchange rates or fees, sample values for processing times or performance metrics, results generated by estimation tools, and descriptions of typical use scenarios. All such content is provided solely to illustrate how the Company's services operate. It does not represent live data, actual customer information, past performance or future results, and does not constitute a quotation for or a commitment as to any specific exchange rate, fee, processing time or settlement timeframe.
Any description on this website of fees, exchange rates, mark-ups, settlement speed or credit times is general in nature and is affected by a number of factors, including without limitation currency, transaction amount, payment and collection channels, the processing arrangements of correspondent and beneficiary banks, cut-off times, local holidays, the time required for compliance review, and other factors beyond the Company's control. The fees, exchange rates and timeframes actually applicable to any transaction are those confirmed with the customer by the Company at the time of that transaction.
The Company holds a Money Service Operator licence granted by the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615). The scope of that licence is confined to requirements relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing. It does not constitute prudential supervision, authorisation or endorsement by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission or any other body, and does not mean that the Company is an authorized institution within the meaning of the Banking Ordinance (Cap. 155).
The fact that the Company is licensed does not constitute a guarantee by any authority as to the Company's services, financial condition or the outcome of any transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Company nor its directors, employees, agents or affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data or loss of goodwill) arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use this website, or from reliance on any content of this website, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or incurred by the Company arising out of your breach of these Terms, your breach of any applicable law, or your improper use of this website.
